April 2008

Dear Saints.

At Easter, we celebrate the Good News that Jesus Christ has risen from
the dead
,
never to die again. That is an amazing cause for celebration. It means
that our God
has defeated death and is now alive and, by His Spirit, living in and
among us.
But the Bible dares to proclaim that the Good News is even better
than that!

"God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in
Christ Jesus, in order that he might show the incomparable riches of his grace
expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus" (Ephesians 2:6-7).

In other words, those who are in Christ actually participate in His resurrection

But what does it mean that we have been raised with Christ?

What difference does that make in our lives this very moment?

During the next several weeks we will be exploring what the Bible has to say in
answer to these questions.

Join us as we ask, "Easter: So What?" and together discover the amazing
reality of the resurrected life.

In Christ,
Bryan
