Love and Light Club

At Geneva Presbyterian Church, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to connect with God in a meaningful way, regardless of ability or learning style. Because of this, we partner with a community organization, Community Work Opportunities (CWO), to host worship tailored just for adults with learning disabilities. We call this group the Love and Light Club.

Two Monday mornings each month, we welcome friends from CWO, our congregation, and our community to worship together. The Love and Light Club is open to all adults and children, but it is designed for the spiritual growth of adults who are neurodivergent and/or have cognitive delays. We pray, sing, dance, and clap together, and Pastor Becka leads a short interactive Bible-based lesson. Sometimes we have special guests who share their musical talents and sometimes we do craft projects, but we always celebrate the blessings of God in our lives.

If you would like to worship with the Love and Light Club, please contact Pastor Becka for upcoming dates.
